• Estimate and appointment data (surface, rooms, service selection, area/zone).
• Technical data (IP address, device/browser) and essential cookies (language/security).

• To provide an estimate and manage an appointment request (pre-contractual measures / contract performance).
• To contact you about your request (legitimate interest and/or consent depending on context).
• To comply with legal obligations (billing, accounting, consumer protection where applicable).
• To secure the website and prevent abuse (legitimate interest).

4) Retention

• We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above.
• Estimate/appointment requests: typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required by law.

5) Recipients / processors

• We do not sell personal data.
• We may share data with providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, email) under GDPR-compliant agreements.
• Data may be disclosed if legally required by competent authorities.

8) Cookies

Your choice is saved for about six months. Disabling stops subsequent measurements; it does not withdraw data already sent.
